Project Workflow

1. Choose a Project

Projects can vary based on customer requirements, customer desires, budget, production, design complexity, and time constraints. See: Presentation Folders or Promotional Calendars.

2. Gathering the Parts

This daunting task can be easily accomplished by breaking this process down into its simplest components: text and information collecting, gathering photographs, logos or images, and conveying design ideas. Be sure to find the best quality images possible. See: Advertisement Sizes or Ad Samples If you are preparing your own ad see: File Specs and Formats for more details. We also provide FREE Background Photos, FREE Background Texture Images and other FREE Graphic Image options.

3. Submitting

Once you have all of your images, ideas and information together it is time to send your fledgling project off to the designer. Attach electronic files to an Email addressed to: info@BusinessBuildersAd.com

4. Design

The information, components and direction you have provided guide the graphic artist. The text is formatted and sized, and type faces (fonts) are chosen. Images are adjusted for color space and balance, then formatted and sized according to final production specifications. 5. Proofs and Making Changes

Once the graphic artist has developed the design according to your instructions you will be contacted about your first proof. Clearly communicate any and ALL changes from the start. 6. Production

Production begins only when the project is completely approved. Production time depends on the schedule of the production facility.

7. Project Arrival

There is nothing like seeing the culmination of all your efforts completed. There is a clear presence to a project that has been professionally designed and produced, with the insight and direction you gave to make it uniquely yours! An estimated completion date can usually be given upon request. Most folder projects take about 90 days from start to finish.
